Per Instrument
Listing Fee
Charged when a warrant, forward contract, or exploration right is published on the OCRE Terminal. Applied at origination, proportional to instrument value.
Per Execution
Trading Fee
Applied each time a warehouse warrant changes hands on the Spot Terminal secondary market. Competitive institutional rates disclosed during onboarding.
Per Settlement
Clearing Fee
Warrant ownership validation, automated sanctions screening, and settlement coordination through the U.S. Trust. Applied per physically-settled transaction.
Monthly Recurring
Storage & Insurance
Applied on value of physical material held in OCRE-certified bonded warehouses. Covers third-party audit custody, insurance, and warehouse operations.
Per Settlement Event
Compliance-as-a-Service
Automated OFAC obligation report generation and transmission to U.S. State Department and Treasury. Full GL-51A/GL-54 reporting engine included.

Settlement Architecture

All transactions settle through a U.S.-administered Trust — OCRE never custodies client funds. This bankruptcy-remote structure ensures capital protection while maintaining full regulatory compliance under the applicable General Licenses framework.

Buyer Wires Funds
ECP buyer initiates wire transfer to U.S.-administered Trust account.

Trust Receives & Holds
Funds held in U.S. Trust under attorney administration. OCRE never custodies client funds.

OCRE Clears Trade
OCRE CCP validates warrant ownership, runs SDN screening, and confirms settlement.

Trust Distributes
Trust deducts OCRE fees and releases net proceeds to producer. Compliance reports auto-filed.
GL-51A / GL-54

OCRE's built-in compliance engine auto-generates and routes mandatory 10-day and 30-day transaction reports directly to the U.S. Department of State and Treasury. Compliance reporting costs are included in the per-settlement Compliance-as-a-Service fee — no surprises, no extras.
