Data Terms of Use

All market data generated on the OCRE platform — including the OCRE Reference Price, instrument catalog data, transaction history, and derived analytics — is the exclusive intellectual property of OCRE Inc. Access to this data is licensed, not sold, under the terms of your API subscription or platform agreement.

• Internal Analysis — Use data for your institution's internal trading decisions, risk management, and portfolio analysis
• Regulatory Reporting — Include data in regulatory filings and compliance reports as required by law
• Client Reporting — Reference OCRE prices in client-facing reports with proper attribution
• Academic Research — Use anonymized, aggregated data for published academic research with prior written consent

• Redistribution — Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing raw data to third parties without explicit written agreement
• Index Creation — Using OCRE data to create competing price indices or benchmarks without licensing
• High-Frequency Exploitation — Using data feeds for latency arbitrage or exploitative high-frequency strategies against OCRE participants
• Reverse Engineering — Attempting to derive proprietary algorithms, matching logic, or other intellectual property from data patterns
• Misattribution — Presenting OCRE data as your own proprietary data or removing attribution notices

Any permitted external use of OCRE data must include the following attribution: "Source: OCRE Reference Price — OCRE Inc." Attribution must be clearly visible and in a font size no smaller than the surrounding text.

OCRE reserves the right to terminate data access immediately upon violation of these Data Terms. Upon termination, all cached, stored, or derived copies of OCRE data must be destroyed within 30 days. Continued use of previously accessed data after termination constitutes copyright infringement.
