Vaulting & Custody Standards
Physical commodities are stored in bonded vaults at our Puerto Ordaz facility under international custody standards, with Tier-1 auditor certification before any electronic title is originated.
Custody Architecture
OCRE's custody model is built on three pillars: physical security, independent verification, and immutable ledger traceability. No digital warehouse warrant is ever issued without a corresponding physical lot that has been inspected, weighed, assayed, and sealed by an internationally recognized auditor. This ensures that every electronic warehouse warrant on our platform is backed 1:1 by real, audited physical material in bonded storage.

Bonded Vaulting
Industrial-grade bonded storage facilities operating under Venezuelan customs bond regulations with international oversight.
🔬
Assay Certification
Every lot undergoes independent chemical analysis, weight verification, and grade classification by accredited laboratories.
🏷️
Tamper-Evident Sealing
Physical seals with unique identifiers applied by auditors. Any broken seal triggers immediate quarantine and re-inspection.
📡
Environmental Monitoring
24/7 temperature, humidity, and atmospheric sensors ensure material integrity throughout storage periods.
🔐
Insurance Coverage
Full all-risk insurance underwritten by Lloyd's syndicates covering theft, damage, and natural disaster events.
📊
Cryptographic Ledger
Every material movement — receiving, sampling, storage, and dispatch — creates an immutable cryptographic record on our proprietary ledger.

Warrant Lifecycle
- Material Receiving — Physical commodity arrives at bonded facility, preliminary weight and visual inspection
- Sampling & Assay — Independent auditor takes representative samples for chemical analysis and grade certification
- Warrant Origination — Upon auditor approval, an electronic warehouse warrant is securely registered on the GLOFICA ledger with full metadata
- Storage & Monitoring — Material stored under bonded conditions with continuous IoT monitoring
- Title Transfer — Warrant ownership changes upon OTC contract clearing — material stays in vault until physical delivery
- Physical Delivery — Upon buyer demand, material is prepared for dispatch with fresh auditor verification at loading
